Tour the five AP Automation implementation phases​

You’ll be teamed up with a dedicated Bottomline project team as you get up and running on Paymode AP automation software. Check out what’s involved in each phase below, or learn more in the ebook. 

1. Project Planning

We’ll discuss the Paymode AP automation implementation process, including milestones and deliverables. Plus, we’ll review your current AP systems and processes.

 

2. ERP Integration & Vendor Onboarding

We’ll review the ERP data needed to enable invoice and payment processing in Paymode.​

Plus, we will collaborate on your vendor enrollment campaign materials. Once we get your signoff, we will begin contacting vendors to enroll them in electronic payments through Bottomline. 

 

3. Configuration & Testing

We’ll configure various settings required for invoice automation, payment automation, or both. This can include setting up how and where you’ll receive invoices and enabling invoice automation workflows and approvals.​

During this phase of your Paymode AP automation implementation, you’ll also complete testing to ensure invoice and payments processing is happening as desired. 

 

4. Training & Production Prep

You’ll receive training virtually on the Paymode software, and get access to on-demand videos and guides that you can use for future internal training. 

 

5. Go Live

During this phase, you’ll process your first invoices and payments digitally through the Paymode platform. ​
