Because Paymode is the largest B2B payments network, it's likely that at least 50% of your vendors are already in the network and being paid by other payers using the network. So, it's just a matter of reviewing your payment file to find suppliers you're already paying. We also handle enrollment and authentication for suppliers not already part of the network.
Yes, Bottomline can integrate with any general ledger, which will remain your system of record. We can use secure integration protocols, such as APIs, or transfer files automatically. Once set up, Bottomline will transfer all the data you need to manage your invoices and payments in the portal. We also offer some integrations that allow you to work within your existing ERP.
All you will need to do is add or select a dedicated bank account within your Bottomline AP Automation portal, and rebates will be deposited automatically. These rebates will be paid out monthly in the month following their accrual.
