Michelle’s been instrumental in building Paymode, Bottomline’s business payments network, where 550,000 businesses exchange $425 billion annually.
Michelle prides herself on helping people succeed and contributes her time and expertise regularly to advancing the payments industry. Not only has she been recognized as one of the Top 50 women leaders in Maine, but she’s also received Bottomline’s Elevate Award, and the Customer Delight Award due to her stellar relationship-building across internal and customer teams.
Over the past 30 years, Mark has established himself as a thought leader on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and document automation. A popular speaker at industry conferences and on webinars and podcasts, Brousseau advises prominent end-users and service providers on how to use automation to improve document and payment driven business processes. Brousseau has chaired numerous educational conferences and has served on several industry committees and boards. He resides in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and three sons.
