Melinda Severson is the Director of Client Services at Bottomline, and has worked in the legal spend management field for over sixteen years. She began her career working as an attorney in Chicago, and also worked for several years at an insurance carrier handling Lawyers Professional Liability claims. In her current role, she leads a team of client advisors and is responsible for retaining and delighting Bottomline’s 300+ legal spend management customers, as well as developing best practices while providing expertise for the legal spend management industry.
